Adds Svelte Single-File Component tokenization to @jscpd/tokenizer. Script, style, and markup template blocks are each tokenized with the correct sub-format (javascript, typescript, css, scss, less, markup) with accurate absolute line and column offset correction applied. Dual-script (context="module" + instance) and all style lang aliases are supported. Fixtures in fixtures/svelte/ confirm end-to-end clone detection works across all three block types.
