Fixes #9. `npx skills add Kadajett/agent-nestjs-skills` installed only a lone SKILL.md because root-level skills hit vercel-labs/skills#1603 on CLI <=1.5.15, and on newer CLIs the whole repo (CI workflows, build scripts, the 160KB AGENTS.md) was copied into user projects — the same bloat reported in #7. Moving SKILL.md and rules/ into skills/nestjs-best-practices/ makes the install exactly SKILL.md + rules on every CLI version. Repo-level files (AGENTS.md, README, scripts/, metadata.json) stay out of the package. Also bumps the skill to 1.2.0 and patches the low-severity jsdiff DoS advisory (GHSA-73rr-hh4g-fpgx) in the build tooling lockfile.
