Joel Hooks f077044110 fix: skill-tracker use ExtensionAPI type, not PiExtensionContext 
PiExtensionContext doesn't exist — the correct type is ExtensionAPI
from @mariozechner/pi-coding-agent. Extension wouldn't have loaded.
