Joel Hooks b297b6cfcd add restate-lab: Level 1 durable step chain with kill-test proof ...

Create packages/restate-lab/ with a 5-step durable service that writes marker
files per step. Each step uses ctx.run() for Restate journaling with ctx.sleep()
delays between steps to allow kill testing.

Proven: kill worker after step 3, restart → Restate replays invocation, skips
completed steps 1-3, executes only steps 4-5 on new PID. allPids array shows
[4820,4820,4820,5691,5691] confirming cross-process durability.

Includes setup.sh for port-forwards and deployment registration, send.ts for
triggering requests. Worker connects to Restate k8s StatefulSet via
host.lima.internal bridge.
