Stack: Talos Linux on Colima (Mac Mini M4 Pro), k8s v1.35.0, single node. Services: Redis, Inngest, Typesense, system-bus-worker, docs-api, LiveKit, Bluesky PDS. Watchdog: Talon (Rust binary, launchd-managed).

Key rules:

All services use NodePort with Docker port mappings, NEVER kubectl port-forward
Every workload needs liveness + readiness + startup probes
Deploy worker via k8s/publish-system-bus-worker.sh
Log changes via slog write
Check health via joelclaw status
