- Constrain pre/table/iframe/img/video to max-width:100% in prose

fix(gateway): resolve full pi model object in fallback setModel wrapper
...
The fallback controller passes { provider, id } from the joelclaw
inference-router catalog, but pi's stream() requires model.api to
resolve the API provider. Without the api field, streaming crashes
with 'No API provider registered for api: undefined'.
Now resolves through pi's getModel() to get the complete model object
(with api, baseUrl, cost, etc.) before calling session.setModel().
Root cause: provider naming mismatch between joelclaw catalog
(openai-codex) and pi's model registry required the full model
lookup to bridge the gap.

Implement stays on default sandbox (workspace-write via --full-auto).
Prove and judge need to reach live services (Convex, Next.js) to verify
acceptance criteria. This eliminates ConnectionRefused failures.

4-stage flow: implement → check-and-commit → prove → judge
- implement: codex writes code, no commit requirement
- check-and-commit: tsc + biome check, git commit + push
- prove: fresh codex verifies behavior
- judge: fresh codex reviews, pass/fail
check-and-commit is plain async exec, not codex. Fails with
tsc/biome errors feed back into retry judgment context.

fix: async codex exec to unblock event loop (story-pipeline)
...
execSync blocked bun event loop for 10-15min during codex runs,
preventing worker from responding to Inngest health pings → 'Unable
to reach SDK URL' failures. Now uses child_process.exec wrapped in
Promise. Both runCodex() and codexExecWithHealing() are async.
