docs: harvest identity findings and fleet deploy; settle observer vocabulary
Identity: the 0/64 backlink failure tested the wrong field — observer
pages reference capture conversations (822/1,022 map exactly); the fake
runIds were Slack work-state producer IDs flattened by critical-search.
Vocabulary resettled to capture-conversation references; implementation
step chartered. Fleet: flagg/blaine/panda proven on c0299e6b with
provenance canaries; dark-wizard retired.
