102M redis.subscriber.error rows root-caused; emission now budgeted so no
single failure can storm the sink. ClickHouse debris cleaned (final storm

Split the flat .brain/projects/wayfinder/ into per-effort dirs (8
efforts: bugle-redesign, brain-graph, personal-wiki, video-pipeline,
voice-workroom, observational-memory, stream-observation,
recall-consumption), each with <effort>-brief.svx per grill-master
CONVENTIONS: type brief/question/asset + kind, no labels, Finish
line/Decision ledger headings. 18 files of functional path references
rewritten (tasks, resources, handoff, mux-video skill); wayfinder CLI
charter renamed build-grill-master-cli with supersession note; live
prose migrated to brief/question vocabulary; nested pi-notes
scaffolding inside the old dir removed; historical receipts keep
their original wording.

One '[REDACTED]' tokens field (distiller redacted a count because the field is

steering re-ran the suite (12/12). Speech-formatted gists, no URLs spoken
(offers DM link), fail-soft on CLI/timeout/empty, sensitive observations
spoken ONLY on exact Telnyx caller-id match to Joel's number — unknown
identity fails closed. verify-voice.sh gains a live recall-path check.
