The Story 1 Restate run landed real queue extraction work, but it committed pre-existing dirty-tree changes from unrelated surfaces at the same time. Revert only those unrelated paths on main, keep the queue/message-store/pnpm changes intact, and preserve the mixed state on salvage/story1-mixed-b8c1dc3a so nothing is lost.
