从 GitHub 装时不跑 prepack，pnpm 的 #path: 形式又只取子目录， ../skills 回退也不存在——装上的是个没有 skill 的空壳。 prepare 是 npm/pnpm 处理 git 依赖时都会跑的钩子，覆盖 pack 与 git 直装。 源缺失但包内已有 bundle 时改为 exit 0：那是 tarball 场景， 包里带着副本而周围没有仓库，此时报错会让安装失败。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
