* Add scripts for generating RF TPE surface, Taylor diagram, and urban park cooling combo visualizations
- Implemented `make_rf_tpe_surface.py` to create a 3D surface plot of RMSE based on max depth and number of estimators.
- Developed `make_taylor_diagram.py` to visualize model performance using Taylor diagrams for training, testing, and full datasets.
- Created `make_urban_park_cooling_combo.py` to analyze and visualize urban park cooling effects across various city sizes with raincloud plots and boxplots.
