Updates resolved versions within existing package.json ranges:
- @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.27.1 -> 1.29.0 (app + tool servers)
- @modelcontextprotocol/ext-apps 1.1.2 -> 1.7.4 (app server)
- transitive refreshes in shape-search

wrangler is pinned to 4.76.0 (was "^4") rather than the latest 4.101:
4.101 crashes silently right after the custom build during
`wrangler deploy`/`--dry-run` (error swallowed, even with WRANGLER_LOG
=debug), so it cannot deploy the worker. 4.76.0 bundles and deploys
cleanly. Revisit when a later wrangler fixes the regression.

Verified both servers initialize and list tools over stdio, the
ext-apps app-with-deps bundle still strips/aliases cleanly, the worker
build succeeds, create_diagram runs end-to-end, and `wrangler deploy
--dry-run` succeeds with the pinned wrangler.

Supersedes #43, which was based on a stale main and also revived the
removed postprocessor/ lockfile.
