Jeremy Dawes dedae3b589 feat: add react-patterns, design-review, and react-native skills

react-patterns: 50+ React 19 rules ranked by impact — waterfalls,
bundle size, composition architecture, re-render prevention, React 19
APIs, Vite + Cloudflare specifics. Self-contained (no separate rule files).

design-review: Visual design quality checker — layout, typography,
spacing, colour, hierarchy, consistency, interaction patterns, responsive
behaviour. Companion to ux-audit (usability) — this checks if it looks
professional.

react-native: React Native + Expo patterns — list performance (FlatList/
FlashList), Reanimated animations, Expo Router navigation, UI patterns,
images, state/data, Expo workflows (EAS Build, EAS Update), testing.
Starting point for mobile development.

Inspired by vercel-labs/agent-skills but self-contained in our format.
