Remove 5 skills that don't earn context cost: - claude-capabilities, gemini-guide (Claude knows these from training) - web-design-methodology, web-design-patterns (well-known patterns) - gemini-image-gen (rules files cover API; dedicated project planned) Add 2 skills: - cloudflare/d1-migration: full migration workflow, Drizzle gotchas, stuck migration fix - dev-tools/git-workflow: PR prep, branch cleanup, conflict resolution, monorepo tags web-design plugin now single-skill (seo-local-business only). D1 rules file slimmed — migration workflow absorbed into d1-migration skill. All docs updated: CLAUDE.md, README.md, marketplace.json, plugin.json files.
