Jeremy Dawes 7f1f77baa3 feat: add slash commands for all 51 skills + fix compatibility fields

Created 45 command files with descriptive argument-hints so every skill
has a /plugin:skill-name shortcut. Added compatibility: claude-code-only
to 17 skills that require Bash/filesystem/browser (d1-migration, db-seed,
project-docs, git-workflow, landing-page, shadcn-ui, tailwind-theme-builder,
ai-image-generator, color-palette, favicon-gen, icon-set-generator, etc).

Load the d1-migration skill.

Parse $ARGUMENTS for action:

generate — generate migration from schema changes
apply — apply pending migrations (local + remote)
fix — fix stuck or failed migrations
status — show migration status

Default: status if no argument.
