Agents skip reference files and improvise. All critical-path content inlined into SKILL.md. 7 reference files removed, only integration-patterns.md kept as optional. SKILL.md: 182 -> 446 lines. Part of #65.
stripe-payments: Checkout Sessions, Payment Intents, subscriptions,
webhooks (with constructEventAsync for Workers), customer portal,
pricing pages. Decision table for which API to use. Cloudflare Workers
gotchas. No MCP server needed.
Argument hint cleanup: removed [url] and [file-path] from hints —
replaced with meaningful choices (depth levels, modes, purposes).
The URL/file is auto-detected, the hint shows what the user decides.
product-showcase: added depth levels (quick/standard/thorough).

Searches Gmail for dispatch emails, identifies carriers from tracking
number formats, builds direct tracking links for AusPost, StarTrack,
Sendle, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and provides paste-and-track links for Aramex,
CouriersPlease, Toll, Team Global Express, Hunter Express, and more.
Works with any available tools (Gmail MCP, web scraper, browser automation)
or degrades to providing the correct tracking link from a user-supplied number.

Created 45 command files with descriptive argument-hints so every skill
has a /plugin:skill-name shortcut. Added compatibility: claude-code-only
to 17 skills that require Bash/filesystem/browser (d1-migration, db-seed,
project-docs, git-workflow, landing-page, shadcn-ui, tailwind-theme-builder,
ai-image-generator, color-palette, favicon-gen, icon-set-generator, etc).

The Chat API requires a Chat App to be configured in GCP Console
even for user-context OAuth access. Without it, all Chat API calls
fail. Added step 3c with instructions.

Background is fine for the auth flow — it completes when the user
approves. The key fix is extracting the long OAuth URL to a file
and opening it with `open`, since terminal wrapping breaks it.

The OAuth URL for gws auth is extremely long (30+ scopes). Even when
pasted in Claude's response, terminal wrapping makes it unclickable.
Now captures URL to /tmp/gws-auth-url.txt and opens it with `open`.

The gws auth login command prints a long OAuth URL that the user must
open in their browser. Running it as a background task or sub-agent
hides the URL. Terminal wrapping can also truncate it. Skills now
instruct Claude to run in foreground and paste the URL in the response.

- Rewrite 6 SKILL.md files from "run this script" to pattern-based

Move all 24 skills from flat skills/ directory into 7 category-based
plugins under plugins/. Add new Shopify plugin with 3 skills
(shopify-setup, shopify-products, shopify-content) for Admin API
access, product CRUD/bulk import, and content management.
Update marketplace.json to new plugin format, fix script paths in
skill-creator, context-manager, and vite-flare-starter SKILL.md files.
