Rebuilt from v1 archive as a proper v2 skill that produces working test
infrastructure. Detects project type, generates vitest.config.ts, test
setup, utilities, sample tests, and package.json scripts. Covers mocking
patterns, coverage, workspace config, and Jest migration.
Prompted by issue #69 (Dispatch discoverability).

Basalt Cortex depends on Gmail and Google Chat MCP servers, making it
team-specific rather than publicly shareable. Fully removed from
claude-skills (not just a stub). Install from jezweb/team-skills instead.
10 plugins, 59 skills.

stripe-payments: Checkout Sessions, Payment Intents, subscriptions,
webhooks (with constructEventAsync for Workers), customer portal,
pricing pages. Decision table for which API to use. Cloudflare Workers
gotchas. No MCP server needed.
Argument hint cleanup: removed [url] and [file-path] from hints —
replaced with meaningful choices (depth levels, modes, purposes).
The URL/file is auto-detected, the hint shows what the user decides.
product-showcase: added depth levels (quick/standard/thorough).

BREAKING: dev-session skill removed. Its useful bits are now in roadmap.
Roadmap skill now has four modes:
- plan: generate the roadmap (was the only mode before)
- start: begin executing from phase 1, don't stop until done or stuck
- resume: pick up from the last session, keep going
- status: show progress across phases
Execution rules: commit at phase boundaries, deploy after each phase,
quick audit between phases, thorough audit + onboarding-ux + project-docs
after the final phase. Only stop for blockers that need human input.
Progress tracked directly in ROADMAP.md with checked tasks and completed
phase markers — no separate SESSION.md needed.
dev-session was a 200K-era survival tool. At 1M context, the roadmap
itself is the session state.

Produces a ROADMAP.md detailed enough that "build phase N" is a complete
instruction for Claude Code. Includes: vision, stack decisions, complete
data model upfront, 4-8 phases with task checklists grouped by layer,
schema evolution map, API surface map, build order table, and
"deliberately not building" scope control.
Designed for all-day autonomous execution — each phase is independently
deployable with a definition of done. Pairs with deep-research (input)
and fork-discipline/ux-audit/onboarding-ux (post-phase checks).

cloudflare-api: Hit the Cloudflare REST API directly for operations that
wrangler and MCP can't handle well. Covers bulk DNS, custom hostnames,
email routing, cache purge, WAF rules, redirect rules, zone settings,
Worker routes, and GraphQL analytics. Produces curl commands or scripts.
Not a docs mirror — workflow recipes for real operations.
deep-research: Updated argument hints to explain what focused/wide/deep
actually mean inline, so you don't have to remember.

Three modes:
- audit: map the boundary, find violations (hardcoded client checks,
config replacement, scattered client code, missing extension points,
migration conflicts), produce a health score and report
- document: generate FORK.md documenting the boundary and how to add clients
- refactor: concrete steps to move client code out of core, replace client
checks with feature flags, implement config merge, add extension points
Includes the "right time to run" guide: don't refactor at 1 client,
audit at 2, full refactor at 3+.

Audits a web app for onboarding gaps (empty states, missing guidance,
feature discoverability, contextual help), then generates the actual
content and code to fix them:
- Empty state components with copy and CTAs
- Welcome banner or onboarding checklist
- Feature tour configuration (react-joyride pattern)
- Tooltip content map for every complex field
- Contextual hints (dismissable, shown once)
- Onboarding-quality seed data
- Help/FAQ page content
Pairs with ux-audit: audit finds problems, onboarding-ux builds solutions.

BREAKING: knowledge-cortex plugin removed. Replace with basalt plugin.
- /basalt:basalt-cortex replaces /knowledge-cortex:cortex-mine and cortex-query
- Basalt format: Obsidian-compatible markdown with YAML frontmatter (not JSONL)
- Multi-source: Gmail, Google Chat, Slack, Drive, local files, MCP, web, calendar
- Pattern-based teaching (no shipped scripts)
- References: basalt-format.md, source-patterns.md, prefilter-patterns.md, sync-patterns.md
NEW: deep-research skill in dev-tools
- Deep research and discovery before building something new
- Three depths: focused (30 min), wide (1-2 hours), deep (3-6 hours)
- Local exploration, competitor analysis, ecosystem signals, future-casting
- Produces comprehensive research brief to .jez/artifacts/

Comprehensive setup skill covering Docker cgroup fixes, OpenShell installation,
sandbox creation, persistent port forwarding with health checks, Cloudflare
Tunnel remote access, workspace configuration, and workarounds for known bugs
(device auth, token mismatch, rate limiting). Based on real-world setup experience
on NVIDIA Grace Hopper GX10.

Searches Gmail for dispatch emails, identifies carriers from tracking
number formats, builds direct tracking links for AusPost, StarTrack,
Sendle, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and provides paste-and-track links for Aramex,
CouriersPlease, Toll, Team Global Express, Hunter Express, and more.
Works with any available tools (Gmail MCP, web scraper, browser automation)
or degrades to providing the correct tracking link from a user-supplied number.

ux-audit: add quick/standard/thorough depth levels. Thorough mode runs
autonomously overnight — multiple personas, all pages, all states,
resilience testing, comprehensive report with screenshots.
app-docs: browse a running app, screenshot every screen, produce a
complete user guide with step-by-step instructions.
product-showcase: explore a running app, capture key screens, generate
a marketing site (single HTML) with real screenshots in browser-frame
mockups, feature grid, how-it-works, and CTAs.
49 → 51 skills.

New skills batch (44 → 49 skills, 10 → 11 plugins):
- project-docs: generate ARCHITECTURE.md, API_ENDPOINTS.md, DATABASE_SCHEMA.md from codebase
- landing-page: single-file deployable HTML with Tailwind CDN
- db-seed: realistic seed scripts for D1/Drizzle with FK ordering and batch limits
- ai-image-generator: Gemini/GPT image gen with 5-part prompting framework
- social-media-posts: platform-formatted posts for LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Reddit
New plugin: social-media

Reorganised into Build & Deploy, Design & Frontend, Writing & Documents,
Developer Tools sections. Added collapsible full skill list with trigger
phrases. Updated counts to 10 plugins, 44 skills.

New plugin with two skills:
- cortex-mine: mine Gmail threads into flat files (~/.cortex/)
- cortex-query: search, stats, client dossier, export
Ships pre-built Python scripts (justified: Gmail API parsing, base64
decoding, JSONL logic). No external dependencies beyond gws CLI and
anthropic SDK. Designed for anyone — no Jezweb-specific integrations.
Performance fix: replaced is_processed() O(n*m) full-file reads with
load_processed_ids() set loaded once at startup.

README, CLAUDE.md, plugin.json, marketplace.json all missing agent-browser.
Updated skill count from 24 to 36 and plugin count from 7 to 9.

Multi-model consultation skill that queries leading LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Qwen,
DeepSeek, etc.) for second opinions on code, architecture, strategy, prompting.
Uses models.flared.au for runtime model discovery instead of hardcoded IDs.
Supports single opinion, consensus (parallel multi-model), and devil's advocate.

Skills now teach Claude what to do instead of shipping pre-built scripts.
Claude generates scripts adapted to the user's environment (OS, runtime,
installed packages) rather than running rigid pre-built ones.
- Remove skill-creator skill (use Anthropic's official one instead)
- Remove all 17 pre-built scripts across 7 skills
- Add 5 reference files with annotated implementation patterns
- Rewrite 6 SKILL.md files from "run this script" to pattern-based
- Update CLAUDE.md with "teach patterns" philosophy
- Net: -2,631 lines deleted, +109 added

gemini-image-gen: Generate images via Gemini API — hero backgrounds,
OG images, placeholders, textures, style-matched variants. Includes
prompting guide, preset system, and free/paid model selection.
image-processing: Resize, convert, trim, optimise, thumbnail, and
OG card generation using Pillow. No ImageMagick needed. Supports
the full generate→process→deploy pipeline.
Both use Python scripts with zero external dependencies (Pillow is
pre-installed). Tested end-to-end with real API calls.

First "skill as template" experiment: Claude generates every file from scratch
per project instead of cloning a template repo. Encodes TanStack Start v1 +
D1/Drizzle + better-auth + shadcn/ui architecture in SKILL.md + 3 references.

Replaces PR #40 with a focused version in plugins/dev-tools/. Tests layout
responsiveness only (not general accessibility), uses single-session resize
instead of per-breakpoint sub-agents, and detects layout transitions between
adjacent viewport widths.

project-kickoff: Bootstrap new projects with curated permission presets
(cloudflare, vercel, node, python, ops/admin), CLAUDE.md templates, and
.gitignore. Includes tidy_permissions.py to analyse messy settings files
— detects leaked secrets, shell fragments, deprecated MCP refs, and
consolidation opportunities.
gemini-guide: Documentation lookup skill for Gemini API — routes queries
to local cached docs (~/Documents/google-gemini-context/) and provides
correction tables for deprecated SDK patterns. Trial of the "guide agent"
pattern (brings docs to Claude, vs gemini-peer-review which sends code
to Gemini).

4 on-demand reference files (claude-ai, claude-code, models, changelog).
Covers Agent Teams, Interactive Apps, Cowork, and other post-training features.
aussie-business-english: Australian business English writing style guide
with EN-AU spelling, tone ladder, corporate-ism replacements, and
before/after examples.

- Add per-skill .claude-plugin/plugin.json for standalone installability
- Group skills into bundles: all, design, cloudflare, frontend, ai, mcp, development
- Update install docs in README.md and CLAUDE.md
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- icon-set-generator: replace /mnt/user-data/ and /home/claude/ with relative paths

Drop 96 knowledge-dump skills, gut infrastructure, rebuild survivors
as recipe-style SKILL.md files under 500 lines. Adopt Anthropic's
official skill-creator. Add memory-manager and icon-set-generator.
CLAUDE.md: 2,100 → 85 lines. Total SKILL.md: 3,892 → 1,577 lines.
Full history preserved in v1-final tag.

- Create PLUGIN_ARCHITECTURE.md explaining marketplace vs installation
- Update README with proper two-step install flow
- Document why skill-bundled commands/agents need individual installs
- List skills with commands/agents that should be installed separately
Key insight: Marketplace is just a catalog. Users must explicitly install
each plugin they want. Bundle installs (all@) don't discover nested
commands/agents in skills/*/commands/ paths.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Create skill-development skill with /create-skill, /review-skill, /audit commands
- Move templates/ into skills/skill-development/templates/
- Move /context-mate command into skills/context-mate/commands/
- Delete orphan /commands/ and /templates/ directories
- Update plan-project.md in project-workflow with session protocol content
- Add user-invocable: true to context-mate skill
This follows official Claude Code recommendation: slash commands should be
bundled with skills, not as separate orphan files. Forkers now get full
skill development tooling when they install skill-development.

- Update Context Mate section to mention /context-mate command
- Add screenshot showing project analysis output

The laid-back Aussie approach to project management:
- "She'll be right" > "Follow the methodology"
- Homer Simpson accessibility standard
- No ceremonies, no standups with your AI
If you can't figure it out in 30 seconds, it's too complicated.

Context Mate is the entry point to the project lifecycle toolkit:
- Explains how skills, agents, and commands fit together
- Dynamic project analysis: scans for SESSION.md, phases, git state
- Recommends tools based on project stage (new, active, maintenance)
- Documents core concepts: sessions vs phases, checkpointed progress
"It's all about the context, maaate!"

Two high-priority documentation gaps identified in the deep audit:
**docs/PLUGIN_INSTALLATION_GUIDE.md**
- Complete guide to plugin system (marketplace vs local)
- Local testing workflow (install → restart → test → iterate)
- Cache behavior and troubleshooting
- Common installation scenarios
**docs/TROUBLESHOOTING.md**
- Skill discovery issues and fixes
- Installation error solutions
- Template and config troubleshooting
- YAML frontmatter validation
- Self-diagnosis checklist
Also added links to new docs in README.md and CLAUDE.md.

BREAKING CHANGE: Marketplace name changed from `claude-skills` to `jezweb-skills`
Migration for existing users:
```bash
/plugin marketplace remove claude-skills
/plugin marketplace add jezweb/claude-skills
```
Why:
- Avoids namespace collision with other marketplaces using generic name
- Anthropic prefers third-parties don't use "Claude" in names
- jezweb-skills is unique and properly attributed
Files updated:
- .claude-plugin/marketplace.json - primary identifier
- All documentation with @claude-skills references
- Scripts with install examples

- CLAUDE.md: Update skill count to 87, last updated date
- README.md: Update skill count to 87, add Developer Workflow category
