OpenCode Agent 21f0d0d79e Update documentation and repository structure 
Add XML instructions and a task routing table to AGENTS.md. Flesh out
the repository structure tree to include all agent pack
subdirectories. Significantly expand the cowork README with feature
details, vault structure, and agent tables.
