Control-theory-based skill that interviews the user to design an agentic control loop (sensor, controller, actuator under disturbances) tailored to their codebase, then builds it as locally-runnable components plus a scheduled coding-agent workflow. Includes a tool-agnostic taxonomy, one annotated worked example loop, and workflow/skill/prompt/memory/runner templates. Each phase of SKILL.md names the references to read at that point.
