Allow timeline registry lint to accept hyperframesAnime.register() and __hfAnime.
Treat registered finite anime instances as duration sources.
Add anime.js registration, autoplay, and infinite-loop diagnostics.
Make the validate CDN-timeout hint engine-neutral.
