Visual refresh of the timeline (ruler, playhead chrome, clip styling, player
controls) and image/video clip thumbnails with SVG/AVIF handling and
rounded-corner clipping. ImageThumbnail + thumbnailUtils decode frames with
format fallbacks; purely presentational — no timing or model changes.
