Miguel Ángel a33660e939 fix(core): emit swallow diagnostic when timeline guard trips ...

Per review: the silent 0-return hides upstream invariant breaks. Route
through the existing swallow() diagnostic surface (once per session per
method) so __hf.onSwallowed consumers and __hfDebug mode can observe
when a timeline object is missing .time() or .duration().
