When dragging a clip on the timeline, only data-start was updated while GSAP animation position parameters stayed fixed, causing animations to play during the wrong time window relative to element visibility. Adds a shift-positions GSAP mutation that moves all animations targeting a selector by a delta, and wires it into handleTimelineElementMove so positions stay in sync with clip timing.
