Miguel Ángel d839b2f85b fix(core): clamp audio volume to [0, 1] before setting on HTMLMediaElement ...

The product of per-clip volume (from data-volume attribute) and the user
volume slider can exceed 1.0 — e.g. data-volume="1.2" × userVolume=1.0
triggers an IndexSizeError on HTMLMediaElement.volume assignment.

Clamp the final computed value at all four assignment sites:
- core/runtime/init.ts (onSetVolume bridge handler)
- core/runtime/media.ts (syncRuntimeMedia per-tick)
- player/parent-media.ts (updateVolume + _createEntry)
