Miguel Ángel e338c18203 feat(lint): add gsap_prefer_container_units rule for GSAP tween props

Scans script blocks for GSAP .to/.from/.fromTo/.set calls using bare
number values (px) for position/size properties (x, y, left, top,
width, height, fontSize, padding). Suggests cqw/cqh string equivalents.
Handles negative values. Ignores non-position props and small values.

7 new tests, 692 total pass.
