Wenbo 0b6b2986ad feat(workflows): route SFX through media-use (heygen-first) + BGM wiring for product-launch & pr-to-video

All three audio workflows now defer BGM+SFX to media-use. BGM: product-launch-video & pr-to-video audio.mjs Step 5b call media-use bgm.mjs (same pattern as faceless; pr-to-video adapted to its evolved Lyria/MusicGen dispatcher; legacy in-host paths neutralized). SFX: prep-sfx.mjs (byte-identical x3) now hands cues to media-use sfx.mjs — heygen catalog PREFERRED, static library fallback — which freezes the used clips into assets/sfx/ + registers them in the one .media/ ledger; cue timing (scene.start_s + t_local) stays in the host, durations come from the resolved clips. Verified: prep-sfx integration froze 2 heygen clips + built group_spec.sfx[] with correct timing; oracle 5/5; all 6 files node --check clean. Voice/TTS + audio_meta/group_spec contracts unchanged.
