Extends CompositionVariable with role and css-var bindings, mirrors declared
variables into registry-item.json (params/BlockParam deprecated), exposes
variables through catalog --json, and adds a repeatable add --set flag that
shapes the printed data-variable-values wiring snippet without touching
installed files.
