- Document the official Claude Code marketplace flow (/plugin marketplace add +
/plugin install material-3@material-3-skill) instead of the unverified --subdir form.
- Restore the historical v1.0.0 changelog and add a new v1.1.1 release note with a
migration line for users on the old install command.
- bin/ci now cross-checks marketplace source.path against the plugin manifest and runs
'claude plugin validate --strict' when the CLI is available.
- Bump plugin version to 1.1.1.

The README told users to run 'claude plugin install github:hamen/material-3-skill',
which Claude Code rejects with 'not found in any configured marketplace' — that form
isn't supported, and the repo shipped only a plugin.json, not a marketplace manifest.
Mirror the proven compose_skill layout:
- Add root .claude-plugin/marketplace.json with a git-subdir source pointing at
skills/material-3, so the repo is a valid plugin marketplace.
- Move the plugin manifest into skills/material-3/.claude-plugin/plugin.json.
- Document the working installs: 'npx skills add' and
'/plugin add hamen/material-3-skill --subdir skills/material-3'.
- Update bin/ci and the plugin-layout test for the new layout.
