Dawson Blackhouse 0e7bad8802 feat: add 13 framework-agnostic DevOps and observability skills
Generalized from letta-ai/skills and alisonaquinas/llm-ci-dev sources to
work across any agent framework (Claude Code, Gemini, Codex, Letta, etc.).

New skills:
- agent-development: agent architecture, memory, model selection, tool config
- ansible: configuration management and deployment automation
- argocd: declarative Kubernetes deployments with Argo CD
- datadog: observability data queries (logs, metrics, APM, monitors)
- docker: containers, compose, networking, volumes, registries
- github: gh CLI operations for issues, PRs, CI, and API queries
- github-ci: GitHub Actions workflow authoring and maintenance
- helm: Kubernetes package management with charts and releases
- kubectl: Kubernetes resource management and troubleshooting
- mcp-builder: MCP server development for LLM tool integration
- pulumi: infrastructure as code with general-purpose languages
- sentry: production error inspection and health data via Sentry API
- terraform: infrastructure provisioning with HCL configuration

Also:
- Updated README with all 18 skills, removed Letta-specific integration section
- Added .gitignore for .letta/ and node_modules/
- Updated supabase-developer with Deno 2.1 and 2025-2026 best practices
