Safi 80cb5bcb42 Add Pi coding agent support and fix wheel supply chain issue ...

- Add skill-pi.md, graphify pi install/uninstall, --platform pi support (#661)
- Fix pyproject.toml: packages = ["graphify"] + include-package-data = false
  (previous include = ["graphify*"] bundled graphify-benchmark/ external repos
  into the wheel — 1.7MB bloat with Karpathy's micrograd/minGPT/nanoGPT code)
