- bun 1.3.14 everywhere (resolves tsconfig paths without baseUrl); pin mise + engines >=1.3.14 - drop deprecated baseUrl from api/core tsconfig (TS 7 ready), @/ aliases unchanged - biome 2.4.16 + schema; exclude CSS (Tailwind v4 at-rules), relax components/ui (vendored) - bump test toolchain (vitest 4.1.8, msw, tsx); add core build + api --passWithNoTests - ignore *.tsbuildinfo and runtime .portfolio.json
