Jobs could remain reported as working even after scraping had finished and the CSV output was written. This left API/UI consumers waiting indefinitely despite the underlying scrape having completed. Persist the completed state as soon as the scrape has finished so downstream polling reflects the actual job outcome and pipelines can continue.
