* Add Grafana Cloud MCP server integration

Add an integration page for the Grafana Cloud MCP server, which connects
ADK agents to Grafana Cloud observability data (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo,
dashboards, alerts, incidents, and more) via 60+ MCP tools.

Includes Python and TypeScript examples using StreamableHTTP transport
with OAuth 2.1 authorization.

* fix: clarify that users need access to a Grafana Cloud instance, not an account

* Fix docs URLs

* Update docs/integrations/grafana-cloud.md
