routingConfig and GenerateContentConfig labels landed in adk-kotlin 0.6.0 and
were undocumented -- the docs had no mention of routing config in any language.
Placed in its own subsection rather than extended into the existing
"Fine-tune AI model operation" Kotlin tab, which is about generation parameters
such as temperature and maxOutputTokens. Routing selects a model rather than
tuning one, so it reads as a separate concern.
Both features are Vertex-only, which the snippet has to show rather than state:
routingConfig is documented as "Not supported in the Gemini API", and labels are
silently stripped by sanitizeForGeminiApi() when calling with an AI Studio API
key. The model is therefore configured with VertexCredentials.
Badged Kotlin v0.6.0 rather than the current 0.7.0 pin, and verified rather than
assumed: extracted the region, compiled and ran it against a temporary 0.6.0 pin
as well as 0.7.0. Both print
OK pref=PRIORITIZE_COST labels={team=search}, so a reader on 0.6.0 can use it
exactly as written.
Transcluded from the existing CapitalAgent.kt, which is already registered, so
CI compiles and lints it.
