Migrate all hardcoded documentation references to use the new custom
domain. Update root-relative links to remove the /adk-docs/ subpath
prefix since the site will be served from the root of adk.dev.

* Add docs/CNAME for GitHub Pages custom domain
Required by MkDocs to preserve the custom domain configuration

Covers schema manager setup, system prompt generation, validation, streaming,

References the A2UI Python SDK agent development guide.
