Ali Adnan 3b350ea25b docs: add missing Apache 2.0 license headers to python snippets (#2054) 
Three example files were missing the required Google license header,
which fails the License Header Lint CI check. Prepend the standard header.

Ali Adnan 36ef9871e2 fix: await create_session and add license header in agent_cli example (#2055) 
* fix: await create_session and add license header in agent_cli example

create_session is async; the un-awaited coroutine caused a RuntimeError
when session.id was accessed. Also added the missing Apache 2.0 header.
