Replace the internals-heavy "How it works" paragraph with a high-level
description that links to the Interactions API, drop the scenario table
in favor of the two-bullet comparison, add a note on how ManagedAgent
maps to the Managed Agents API (data plane vs. control plane), and
remove em-dashes throughout.
* docs(agents): point Interactions API link to the Gemini API overview
* Clean up managed agents page naming, structure, bullets, and links, and add it to the agents overview
