* Add ADK Development Skills section to Coding with AI tutorial

- Added new section describing ADK development skills package
- Includes installation instructions using npx skills add
- Lists all available skills (cheatsheet, dev-guide, deploy-guide, etc.)
- Positioned before llms.txt section for better flow

* Update coding-with-ai.md

* Rewrite Coding with AI page for clarity and consistency

* Add mkdocs-llmstxt and related config

* Remove existing llms.txt and llms-full.txt from repo
