sfkrieger 10a2e69fba docs(callbacks): improve formatting and structure for better readability (#593) 
- Restructured callback design patterns with clear "Pattern Overview/Implementation/Example Use Case" sections
- Organized best practices into thematic categories (Design Principles, Error Handling, State Management, Reliability, Testing & Documentation)
- Converted dense bullet-point lists into more scannable, structured content
- Enhanced readability while maintaining all technical information and examples
- Applied consistent formatting patterns across all 8 design patterns

This makes the callback documentation easier to skim and absorb for developers learning ADK callback patterns.

Resolves #110

Mofi Rahman fdeb589a79 build: change markdown link checker settings to reduce failure (#570) 
we are seeing a lot of ci failure or prs on markdown link checker.
while useful, often this has nothing to do with commit. the failure is likeyly due to something outside of the PRs responsibility.

Adding longer timeout (30s) and retry should help decrease / eliminate this issue.
