The A2UI Python SDK is published on PyPI as `a2ui-agent-sdk`, not `a2ui`.
Fixes the install command and the PyPI link in the resources section.

* Replace google.github.io/adk-docs URLs and /adk-docs/ paths with adk.dev
Migrate all hardcoded documentation references to use the new custom
domain. Update root-relative links to remove the /adk-docs/ subpath
prefix since the site will be served from the root of adk.dev.

Per nan-yu's feedback: schema manager will auto-detect A2UI version
from client requests. Removed hardcoded VERSION_0_9 from examples,
added note explaining auto-detection with explicit override option.
