Kristopher Overholt 43bea9924d Update site_url and add CNAME for adk.dev custom domain (#1535) 
* Update site_url to adk.dev in mkdocs.yml

* Add docs/CNAME for GitHub Pages custom domain

Required by MkDocs to preserve the custom domain configuration
across gh-deploy builds, which overwrite the gh-pages branch.
