security(typescript): remove phantom package reference in dependency security guide
...
Replaced unclaimed @my-org/internal-lib example with real, claimed
scope (@microsoft) and explicit example disclaimer. Added guidance
to never reference unclaimed package names in documentation.

- constitution SKILL.md: add missing ## Overview and ## Examples sections
- architecture.md: wrap @Autowired and @Transactional in inline code
- security-patterns.md: rewrite to fix unclosed fenced code block
- Remove emoji/check marks that may cause parsing issues
All 777 files now pass validation with 10 warnings (acceptable).
