Ghaida Zahran 4e8b2004bd feat(banner): add pre-release cross-check for category map ...

Verifies every skill in skills/ has an entry in banner.sh CATEGORY_MAP.
Run before release to catch drift between the source skill list and
the banner's inline category mapping.
