chore(deps): update docs dependencies
Picks up postcss 8.5.13 (was 8.5.9), addressing GHSA-qx2v-qp2m-jg93
(XSS via unescaped </style> in stringify, CVSS 6.1, build-time only).
Also picks up astro 6.2.1 (was 6.1.6).
npm audit now reports 0 vulnerabilities.

Add Intent website scaffold: Astro project, global CSS, layout, landing page
Astro static site in docs/ with:
- Design tokens (Deep Indigo palette, 4px grid, typography scale)
- Blueprint structural metaphor (dot grid, monospace labels)
- Base layout with nav, footer, theme toggle (light/dark)
- Landing page with hero, philosophy, principles, skills preview,
anti-pattern preview, and install sections
- Content parsers for skills, patterns, and agents (build-time)
