README: fix stale Rune/Sage taxonomy (now Rune → /specify,
Sage → /philosopher) and expand the Claude Code plugin section to
mention that agents are now registered alongside skills.
HOW-TO-USE.md: new "Option 4: Claude Code plugin" deployment section
covering /plugin install and @<agent> subagent invocation.
Distributions: regenerated .claude/agents/ (new — 6 agents with
build-time frontmatter), .claude/skills/intent + measure (scope
limits + loop-back content), .cursor/rules/, and .github/ to match.

Replace the original 6 generic agents and skills with a comprehensive
design strategy system: 15 discipline-specific skills (strategize,
investigate, blueprint, journey, organize, articulate, evaluate, fortify,
include, transpose, localize, measure, philosopher, specify, plus the
intent foundation) and 6 named agent personas (Noor, Ember, Wren, Vigil,
Rune, Sage) with clear routing, handoffs, and shared principles.
Includes review fixes: articulate missing section, Rune clarifications,
fortify state inventory example, evaluate annotated example, measure
sample size reference table.

Adds The Philosopher (Agent 06) — an expansive brainstorming mode any
agent can enter when a problem needs more exploration before the next
move. Includes the full skill (three-phase cognitive protocol, intensity
levels, structured check-ins), the agent prompt, and the upload zip.
Updates all five existing agents and skills to reference the philosopher
as an available cognitive mode, and updates HOW-TO-USE.md and README.md
to document it as a cross-cutting member of the design team.

Adds a structured framework of five strategic questions (problem validation,
audience definition, solution fit, feature validation, competitive landscape)
with decision gates to the strategist skill and agent. Updates collaboration
references across all sibling skills and agents to reflect the new framework.
Also adds Creative Director to strategist's skill family.
