fix-it-felix-sentry[bot] d2950d6cf3 Fix SQL injection in documentation examples ...

Replace vulnerable SQL query examples with secure parameterized queries
to prevent SQL injection attacks. Updated examples across multiple
documentation files to show proper use of prepared statements.

Changes:
- Updated injection.md with parameterized query examples
- Fixed Python examples in python.md to use proper parameterization
- Updated JavaScript examples in javascript.md
- Fixed examples in SKILL.md files
- Updated error-handling.md example
