Update the presentation-creator skill snippets to avoid notes-window sync regressions.

Remove the notes-length broadcast guard so slide sync works even when notes fail to load. Prevent same-slide broadcast updates from resetting textarea caret position. Use per-slide debounce timers so quick slide changes do not cancel pending saves for other slides. Align preview container aspect ratio with the 1400x900 iframe to avoid clipping.
