David Cramer 964e72c0c2 ref: Unify Claude Code and Cursor plugins into single repo ...

Move skills and commands into shared .agents/ directory, add Cursor
plugin metadata (.cursor-plugin/), create symlinks for shared configs
(marketplace.json, mcp.json), add logo asset, and normalize content
by removing emojis for platform-neutral output.

Update AGENTS.md and README.md to document both platforms with unified
install instructions and updated structure diagram. Enrich Claude Code
plugin.json with keywords, logo, license, and repository fields.
