David Cramer ffca0afe37 docs: Add AGENTS.md with agent instructions and CLAUDE.md symlink 
Provide canonical agent-facing documentation referencing all skills,
commands, and key conventions. CLAUDE.md symlinks to AGENTS.md for
Claude Code compatibility.
