Fran Algaba 9f6c2975f9 add Node compatibility, release workflow, and docs/skills updates 
- add Node fallbacks/build outputs for core/cli/venues and update package exports
  - add changesets + CI release workflow with provenance
  - document manual 0.1.0 publish, add CONTRIBUTING and CHANGELOG
  - refresh AGENTS.md and skills inventory; remove dev-only skills!
